One of the best hometown hole in the wall dive bars in the capital district. Always feel welcome and at home. The staff is always friendly and have no problems telling you how it is. I love the genuine and honest conversations I have with everyone who walks in the door.

They have pinball, friendly energy, and a perfect dive bar bathroom. So hard to find any of these 3 since I moved to upstate NY. I don’t drink and I’ll come back just for the vibes

I went here during Chowderfest. My buddy and I wrapped up pour festivities with some hot cider, Deadpool Pinball, winning a foosball game, MORE CHOWDER, and plenty of booze. Having run into some friends earlier in the day, coming into DA's at the end of our day was definitely the best thing we could've don't at that point. I love the down-home feeling of this place and will definitely keep coming back.

Best burger and fries in town. Small kitchen, and you have to order through the bartender, but the food is amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for cheap beers, good food and an awesome bar staff that has been working in the industry to years.

Great divey spot. Good jukebox, kind staff, Tornado foosball table, darts, pinball, pool table in back. Relatively quiet in the late afternoon before it gets busy for the evening crowd.

Was in Saratoga Springs for the Hozier concert, May 19th. My boyfriend and I decided to stop in for a drink. We live over two hours away and I worked in a bar very very similar to this. This was one of my favorite parts of the trip. The vibes were great, bartender was great, just all around good experience. If I’m ever that way again, I’ll be sure to stop in!
